Lost Password?
Dannii is trying to log in to do her footy tips, but it won't let her - tells her she has an invalid sign-in or password. She requested a password, but hasn't received an email. What do we do? I signed her up, and have entered the password we signed up with, and am getting the sme response. HELP!!!!!!!!!

I seem to vaguely recall that if registered as a global user (which I think we all are), that if you try to sign on as a local, it won't let you. So maybe check that when Dannii tries to log on again

ok - how do we do that? I just signed her up from the log-in page that i use, and then tried to sign her in from there again. Might log off now, and see if I can work it out. thanks Pumby

The best option is to use the Lost Password feature again:
http://www.runboard.com/lost_password
But before you do, make sure that the email address you used when registering for Dannii is still valid and that it isn't sending Runboard messages to the junk mail folder (or even blocking them).
If all is well (ie. you have the correct username and the email is accepting RB messages), you should get an email with the password almost straight away.
